Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Loginhomes.com website (the “Service”) operated by Loginhomes (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
- Booking and Cancellation Policy
All bookings made through the Service are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
a. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that if your stay is less than 7 days away.
- Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is at 4pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is at 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is unavailable due to our cleaning requirements.
- Guest Conduct
Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules during their stay at the property. Guests are expected to respect the property, its furnishings, and the surrounding neighborhood. Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.
- Age and Responsibility
You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Service and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of using the Service. You agree to be responsible for all of your use of the Service, as well as for the use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Loginhomes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
