We will send you a text reminder and email confirming your travel dates and the information for a contactless check in. This text/email should have all the information you need to access the home and explore the surrounding neighborhood/restaurants via our guidebook!
We understand that life happens. We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that if your stay is less than 7 days away.
No! Our cleaners thoroughly turnover all properties so we don’t require guests to do anything other than gathering their belongings! If you would like to make it a bit easier for our cleaners, you can leave sheets and towels in the bathroom/on the bed for our cleaners. Dishes can be left in the dishwasher and trash in the trash bins for cleaners to handle.
No problem! Just reach out to us via text, email, or Airbnb at the number we contact you from and we can try to locate your items and get them back to you.
Yes! We curate our properties specifically with things we love and use. You can locate these items by clicking on the page below. In many cases, you can even purchase them directly from our site at discounted prices, as we have negotiated savings with the retailer and pass them on to our guests.
