Short Term Rental Management FAQ

We offer a wide range of services for our clients including acquisitions, design and furniture procurement, professional photos, and online advertising. Our dynamic pricing strategy maximizes revenue and we provide 24/7 guest messaging and phone support. We handle cleaning, supplies, maintenance, and quality control. Our clients can view financial reports and control property calendars through their owner’s portal.

Our management service fee is 20%. We are confident in our services, so we never require a long-term commitment.

Start up costs depend on the current status of your property. If design and furniture are needed, prices may vary for the pieces we recommend. At a minimum, we typically require professional photos ($250-$450), smart lock hardware ($275 + $50 installation), and exterior security cameras (~$250).

Airbnb bookings are automatically covered by Aircover up to $3m. In addition to Aircover or for direct bookings, we recommend that our clients obtain supplemental short term rental insurance coverage through Proper or their current homeowner’s insurance provider.

We currently manage properties in the California peninsula bay area and Scottsdale, Arizona.
